There is no such thing in any of the Adobe programs. You are talking a live studio software here.
Many thanks. Any suggestions on how to achieve what I am trying to?

There used to be a tool that worked with several capture cards from my friend Alex Lindsay's Pixel Corps but it appears to be gone.
On set I've used the Teradek, Cube - Wireless HD Video in conjunction with QTAKE which is capable of a bunch of things including live keying. A quick search turned up this article: Top 9 Tools for On Set Live Chroma Keying which may provide more economical solutions.
It all depends on your budget. It's not free.
I have to admit it's a cool-sounding idea, but the software doesn't exist at the consumer level. The stuff that DOES exist is pretty pricey. So most folks just make darn sure they take adequate precautions when framing shots for chroma-key work.
Case in point: if I'm going to shoot someone for chroma key who's standing & talking, I often rotate the camera 90 degrees & shoot the talent taking advantage of the picture width to get tighter. Then I just rotate the shot 90 degrees, then scale & reposition as necessary. Works like a charm, and I get more flexibility when composing the shot in AE.
