Acer Chromebook 15 keeps crashing

I have a brand new Acer Chromebook 15 CB3-531 and I only use it to play facebook apps. It continually crashes whenever I play Farmville 2. I have contacted chromebook support as well as acer and zynga and have followed all of their instructions. Please help. It is very frustrating.

My suspicion is that we're running into a buggy hardware driver.  You can confirm this by disabling hardware acceleration.

If the problem goes away, it's a driver thing that will need to be fixed by Acer.
