      I am furious! I was totally mislead and thought I had entered my details to receive one months membership with 10 free images. I was charged for four months despite not using the service at all. A member of the adobe team called to ask why I haven't used the service. I explained that I was under the impression I had only paid for one month. The man on the phone said he would cancel my membership (I could not do it online at the time), however I have been charged again this month. Does anyone have the telephone details of these thieves. I cannot find a way to speak to anyone directly. If I cancel my plan, I have to pay out the remainder of the plan which I cannot afford to do. It's outrageous that I cannot talk to anyone directly.  I am FURIOUS!!
