Have you gone to your computer manufacturer's web site and downloaded the latest firmware for your disc drive?
Until Microsoft updates fix your problems, there is an easy workaround. You can select the option to save your DVD files to your computer's hard drive as an ISO file rather than burning directly to a disc. An ISO image file is a package that includes all of the files necessary to create a DVD.
You can then use a program like ImgBurn (a free download) to burn the image file as a DVD. I've created a free tutorial on my web site that shows you how to install and use ImgBurn.
This process, by the way, has a number of advantages -- and takes no longer than burning your project as a DVD directly to your disc.
I downloaded driver updates and now it works!!! Wonderful!!
