          Hi Chewie,

Just want to make sure first... Is it Photoshop Sketch that you're trying to open?

The first thing that comes to mind is that you're low on storage space/memory. A couple of questions and things to try/check:

          * What device are you using?

          * You're using the most recent version (v3.5) of Sketch, right?

          * Try closing all other apps you have open to see if you're then able to open the app and use it.

          * Check how much free storage you have on your device: Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage and see how much storage you have available. If you have less than 100MB, try to free up some space by deleting old photos, texts and/or apps you no longer need.

Let me know what you find.

          Sue.

Hi and thanks for the reply

its an iPad 2 that I'm trying to get adobe Photoshop express on (I'm not sure what it can do yet) and I have 2.2gb left so should be ample

when I try to open it, and pot my user ID in it just shuts down.

I guess a better question is,

            is it worth downloading

            cheers

              Hi Chewie.

I'm going to move this to the correct forum (Photoshop Express ) because, unfortunately, I know almost nothing about Ps Express.

              Sue.
