So if (for example) you go Window > Links, the Links panel does not appear, is that right?
Which version of InDesign are you using and OS?

Are you seeing the little Link symbol in the upper-left corner of each image in your layout?
Is your Links panel totally empty even though you have images in your layout?
Did you Place your images (File > Place)? Or did you Copy/Paste. Or Drag and Drop?
What version on InDesign? On what System?
Have you tried saving your layout as an idml file? (File > Save As and choose IDML for Format) Possibly the document is corrupted. Save as an IDML and reopen in InDesign. Usually this will fix a corrupted file.
Than you very much for your answer.
The panel links appears. My OP is windows 10.
My links panel is empty even though i have images in my layout.
I have the last version of InDesign.
I have inserted images whit File>place.
As soon as possible, I will save the file as IDML and then I 'll let you you know.
I have saved the file as IDML and now the link of each images appears in the links panel.
Thank you very much for the help.
