Is this the first time you are trying out Adobe Animate or Flash Pro.
If you had installed the product previously as well, try restoring preferences Re-create preferences
If that doesn't work, try doing a clean install of the software after uninstalling using Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
And to be sure, ensure that the drivers on your computer are updated, and your computer meets system requirements
I'm new to Adobe and I was trying to download Animate to finish up some homework but the trial didn't want to work for me. I tried to contact support and they were telling me there is nothing i can do, but I would really appreciate some advice if you could help me get it going that would be great.
I attempted to download it again once I saw that it failed but it gave me the same message and I was by chat representatives that I could not use the trials again on this same laptop ( I have a MacBook Air) is that so?
