    Canceling subscription and getting a refund


      I needed a month-to-month subscription for only one month. In the process of cancelling the subscription today at the end of the month, I find that I am already charged for the second month.  I went to chat support and there was no flexibility at all in being able to cancel the subscription immediately and requesting a refund of the 2nd month for which I was charged. I was told by the chat representative they would give me a free month....but it would have to immediately follow the 2nd month I am paying for (and don't need).  Nor will I need the free month.  So, I decided to call the phone number provided.  The automated operator said my wait would be approximately 1minute.  After 20 minutes I disconnected the call.  Does anyone have any experience similar to this in trying to get a refund?
