I'm not quite sure what this means.
Should I delete the red question marks?
Should I add (^/) somewhere?
Also, what does (^/) this do?
Aha! Yeap! not clear!
(^/) is not a grep code! It's my signature as Jedi [ Do you not recognize the cape, the hood and my lightsaber? ]
About your code, there're several reasons it can't work!
Finding URLs is difficult but there're several ways [complex codes] to success [see Google].
If I was me, I'ld do it in 2 steps (but in 1 light-saber hit using Multi-Find/Change! )
1/ Find all URLs and apply a condition I'll call "URLs".
2/ Play this simple regex: Find groups of chars (without all kinds of space between them) followed by a dot AND with no condition applied [as we've applied a "URLs" condition to the URLs, it doesn't find them!).
(insert in the "change" fields what you want to do with the targets!)
