      Hi there,

       

      How is this possible? I can't publish the website anymore?

      Muse is very slow, it takes long to publish the site and at the end Muse crashes.

       

      How can i solve this issue?

          Hi Frank,

           

          Can you provide that error message in English for me? Perhaps it's on the Business Catalyst end?

           

          Is this a new site or an already published site that you are updating?

            Thanks for helping!

            The translation:

            adobe muse has discovered a fault and is now closed. Report the last action that you performed before the error in Adobe Muse cc team.

             

            I didn't do any action before publishing... so there is nothing to report.

             

            I have tried to publish in Business Catalyst and HTP. Both same problem. Also i tried to publish in catalyst in a new name, didn't work.

            Last i have published in HTML, no problem....

              Wen i try to go to Catalyst back end i get following message:

              It says:

              AM cant open site manegement in browser.

              check if you are connected with the internet and whether the current adobe muse file is hosted on the business catalog.

                From what I remember, we saw this issue in 2015.2 which is supposed to have been fixed with the latest update 2015.2.1

                 

                Can you confirm that you are on the latest update? Select Help > About to let us know.
