If you mean the choice if Resolution and Image quality in the Export Options dialogue box, it's still there. If it's not on your version you probably need to trash your InDesign preferences.
Close and relaunch InDesign, and IMMEDIATELY hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences. you must be extremely fast on the keyboard (if you don’t see the confirmation prompt, you were too slow)
You may have to do it a couple of times before you get the hang of it!
Hi Derek, thank you very much for your reply. Actually I have the image quality settings option there, but not the check box for selecting custom rasterization to enable the changes in the settings. Please check the following screenshots.
First one do not have the check box as on the second one (previous version)
You still have, I think, those settings, they've just moved to a different position. Now you have the additional facility to add Landmarks to your navigational ToC. You need to select a frame to apply them.
