i'm doing something like an interactive comic, so i had planned this "effect layers" something like a gif animation of rain or smoke over the rest of the content. The case is that i'd love this effect layesr to be seen above everything else, but behind the triggers or buttons (i'm kind of an amateur so i hope what i said makes sense)
This is doable, if you place your objects very carefully and the involved elements don’t scale responsively by using a "State" button from the widget library. See the example site here: Homepage
