You can try two things here.
1. Update your Lightroom to the latest version 6.6.1
2.Update the Graphics Drivers from the Manufacture website.
Let us know if that helps
I believe you have to be able to access tabs on LR, such as file or edit, to be able to update LR. I cannot access them because LR is unresponsive. I will look into updating the graphics driver.

Mohit gave you the link to update LR.
First, establish the exact version of Lightroom you have:
With Windows Explorer, go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom.
Locate the file lightroom.exe, right click, and choose Properties.
If the version number is anything less than 6.6.1, go to Keeping Lightroom Up-to-Date and download and install the 6.6.1 update.
If LR still doesn't work, and you have updated the graphics driver, try to disable the GPU in LR's preferences.
Since you cannot access the menus in LR, you have to do this manually:
Make sure Lightroom is not running.
With Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences
Open the file Lightroom 6 Preferences.agprefs in a text editor, like Notepad.
Close to the end of the file there is a line that says useAutoBahn = true, - change this to useAutoBahn = false,
Save and close the file. Now try to start Lightroom.
