Hi, I have iOS 10 and when I press the Adobe Reader icon on my desktop the page comes up with Adobe logo then after a little while it just closes, I don't get any error messages. I hope you can find a solution for me
I have iOS 10 system on my iPad.
When I try to open the Adope Reader app by pressing the icon on my screen the page showing the Adobe logo appears but doesn't go any further and then just closes down. I don't get any error messages. This happened when I downloaded the latest Adobe update. I can't access any of my documents, and I paid for quite a few of these.
