Hmmmm.... strange. A couple of things:
* What version of Draw are you using? (In the app, tap the Draw icon, then About Draw.) If you're not using the most recent version (v3.4), can you try updating.
* If you are using the most recent version try uninstalling/reinstalling the app. (BUT before uninstalling log in with your Adobe ID to Adobe Creative Cloud and check to make sure all your work is synced there. If it's not, leave the app/device open until you see all your work there.)

Go into the iOS Settings app, scroll down to Adobe Draw, and turn on ALLOW ADOBE DRAW TO ACCESS Photos.
