Different cameras have different default options selected

When I import a CR2 from my Canon 30D everything seems to be as defaults. When I import a RAF from my Fuji X100T the Lens Correction:Remove Chromatic Aberration option is automatically selected.

Why is this? Do I have to create yet another Preset to turn this off?

      Edit:

For the RAF file I've found a small information icon, which when clicked says, "This raw file contains a built-in lens profile for correcting chromatic aberration and vignetting. The profile has already been applied automatically to this image." Interestingly, only the Chromatic Aberration seems to have been applied, as when I click the Profile Correction I can see the lens correction being applied.
