In the Creative Cloud desktop app (in the menu bar on Mac or task bar in Windows), click the "gear" icon > Preferences > General > Sign Out. Then sign in with your Adobe ID.
If that doesn't work, create a really simple file as a test.
Thanks for your tip. I signed out and in again. It didn't work.
Problem is: how simple should a document be?
We are planning to start a non-profit magazine, but do you like reading simple magazines on line?
I think Steve was suggesting you start with a simple document to test and see what's going wrong. A question of elimination.
I know, I've done that in a earlier stage. Starting with a one pager with one picture and a some text. Building up later on with new pages and video inside. I'll give it another try and keep you informed.
Yeah, feedback's always useful.
OK, here we go.
This morning I uploaded a 26 pages document, size 1280 x 720 pixels. It contained also 2 mpeg4 movies. One had a length of 2:38 minutes (size 480 x 320 pixels). The other had a length of 5 minutes (size 640 x 420 pixels). The upload was succesfull.
After that I had trouble uploading new parts of the magazine, the upload failed.
So I started to rebuilt the complete thing. This time a different size (1191x842 pixels). I resized the second movie to 480x320 pixels in a lower quality.
After every new page I uploaded the new document. The movies were on page 10 and 11. Until page 14 no problems. When I added 4 normal pages the upload failed.
I signed out and in again, but the upload failed again.
I don't get it: a lighter document with less pages and I can't upload it any more. What's going on? Who can help me out?
