Could you post a screenshot of image here illustrating the issue.
Also does this happen with all the images and is it reproducible if you open an image in any other image editing App?

I've pinged you privately with some questions.
I have the same problem but only if I download edited pictures in the maximum resolution format. If I use the default, lower resolution option, this does not happen.
A strange observation: If I go to the downloaded Picture on my iPad and start to enlarge /zoom it, the lines disappear - but only on the screen - they are still there on the original downloaded photo.
the images that you have downloaded, where do they come from?
Where they imported from Lr Desktop, do they come from iOS, which camera etc?
Does this occur to all images that are downloaded with maximum resolution format?
Where have these images been edited? In Lr Desktop or on the device?
What kind of edits have been made?
It would be great if you could add an image to the thread or ping me privately.
Thanks Ignacio for your feed-back. Strangely, the problem now seems to be gone. Due to updates ????
FYI the problem occured when I edited the Picture with LR on my iPad and tried to download the edited Pictures to my camera roll on the iPad. However, as I said, it now seems to be gone.
If it turns up again I will give a notice in this thread again.

I had a similar experience, these are the lines your experiencing. and similar to you when ever i zoom in the lines disappear. I originally thought it was because i was downloading the images in full resolution but thats not the case. the ANSWER is actually changing the pictures width and Height. You need to be aware if you image is in 600 x 600 or 1920 x 1080 etc. Those lines disappeared when i changed the width and height. Depending on what your doing how you adjust these setting is crucial. I hope that answered you question.
