    Premier Elements 3.0 DVD burning

Recently had to install a new HDD on my Win7 PC, my premier elements 3.0 had to be reinstalled but I can't burn videos I make now to a playable DVD format. I was able to make my own DVD disks before but now I can't, is there a software code I need to be able to do this again?

It is quite possible that you do need to have a component activated. Unfortunately, this version of the program is from over 10 years ago, so it's unlikely you'll be able to find a link online to these components.

Meantime, try downloading the free trial of version 14 and give it a test drive. It's possible that installing this free trial will install the components version 3 needs to create a DVD. No guarantees, since this is such an old program, but it's possible.

(Also see if you can locate the version 3.04 update for this program. It fixes a number of issues in the original release of version 3.)
