We have been reviewing this product and have shown several
demos. So far our impression is very good but we have been unable
to find answeres to the following. An attempt at contacting
somebody in support was basically an hour wasted so I was hoping a
peer to peer approach could help with the following:
1) With RoboHelp how is the information stored? Is it stored
in a sql server database? Is it compatible with sql2k5? If so can
we manipulate or manage this data from an external application? IE:
A custom built email support system.
2) How does the context sensitive help system work? Can we
replace the mapping with a custom xml approach?
3) Where can we find answers to support questions? Are there
any recommend online resources or websites?
