One issue I would like to ask about is whenever I try opening or closing the adobe premiere elements 13 program it pops up a prompt box with an "X" symbol that says, "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E." And I always have to hit the "cancel" option (several times) before it goes away. Why is this happening and what I can do to fix this issue?
Another issue I have with this program is whenever I go into "The Hollywood Looks" section of the effects tab and try to click on the "Old Film" or "Dreamy" effect and ect. it will give pop up the same prompt ("There is no disc in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E.") but only this time it will also freeze the program. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix this problem? There was only one time I was able to successfully go into those effects and then I haven't been able to again since.
