I have two computers running cs4 in the office. One opens up without a problem, all the toolbars are on the sides, and can open files. The other one cannot open any files, receives a plethora of missing plugin errors, and has no toolbars or anything on the sides. I've tried deleting the preferences, deactivated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and reactivated. Still having the issue. Anyone know what it might be, or what I can do to fix it?

When I try to open a CS4 file that opens on another computer running CS4:
My guess is that you have a corrupt installation. Uninstall it. Run the CC Cleaner Tool (Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems ) and then reinstall.
