Hi kanikas100, this ansewerr helped me access the link to reactivate payment, but then i get this message (in french, sorry)

I get this error each time i try to renew payment, any browser or os will show this error.

I am having the same problem except I have paid in full and it both sends me a pop up and I can't open the apps and today I got a phone call. I contacted customer care and they say it's ok even though I've showed them images of the pop up I get.
Well i waited for an hour last time on chat without anyone talking to me...
There is no email i can use to contact them directly?

I still get this message, and my subscription should be for one year and not one month. At my school we have a deal that cost 9.99 CA per year to have a teacher subscription to adobe cloud

Finnlay figured what was the problem, i used the wrong account to reactivate. We use onthehub.com
So, my account here should not be billed for anything since i dont have a credit card associated with it.
