    Sign In Failed - trying to open documents using adobe X1

      Sign In Failed message received - trying to open documents using adobe X1 - keep getting this "unable to sign in on this computer message"  indicating a previous user's email address -  pc does not have creative cloud installed on it.

       

      Any assistance would be helpful on how to get rid of this message. Thank yoU!
