    Lightroom does not work in Windows 10

      I bought Lightroom 6, installed on a computer with Windows 10 and 4K monitor. I upgraded to the latest version of Lightroom 6.7 but the program each time you try to import my photos from my hard drive stops working. I upgraded to the Windows 10 version of Anniversary, I upgraded the video card drivers, turned off using the graphic processor. but the problem still exists Lightroom does not work. Already several times I installed this program.

      I put a photo and information about the system. Please help because I already six days trying to solve this problem.

              I reset Lightroom Preferences, I delete file: Lightroom 6 Preferences.agprefs, but it does not solve the problem. Lightroom off further when I try to import the file.

                I would suggest you to repair all the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012,2013 and 2015.

                Don't restart after individual repair, restart the computer once all are repaired.

                  Interesting suggestion that! I just tried it for fun, and lo and behold it has cured a longstanding problem with some of the Adobe forums. Some of them open, but then close, and then open again. I haven't found any cure for this, but repairing these Redistributables has cured it!!! They now open and stay open.

                   

                  I haven't repaired the older ones from 2005, 2008, and 2010. I wonder if they need updating?

                    I fixed the Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable 2012 and 2013, but 2015 is not installed on my PC.

                    These changes do not resolve the issue and still Lightroom does not work.

                      I would suggest you to enable hidden admin account once, and then login to that account and see if the application works fine or still crashes.

                            I created an administrator account using the command "net user administrator / active: yes". I logged in as administrator. I started Lightroom several times but turns off. Lightroom does not work.
