Thank you for your hints. All is still stuck. Trying for days to print a contact sheet, which it will not. Still stuck on same screen with heading Paper Letter and Printer ,as shown in first post. As a first time user, I am very disappointed in this product. I have also searched through "The Adobe PHOTOSHOP LIGHTROOM CC/LIGHTROOM 6 book" by Adobe Press and it does not address this issue. Very sad, will have to drop out of my photo class as I can not complete the assignments. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good photo software that works? Thank you
Now you are saying you WANT to print a contact sheet. So what is the problem-really?
In your first post you show a contact sheet template with only one image- Have you selected 9 images to fill the sheet?
It might help if you make the film-strip visible at the bottom to allow you to select more thumbnails.
If you have 18 images selected LR will print two contact sheets.
Also reveal the panels on the screen left-side for the "Page Setup..." button and the many page templates (as shown by Jim Hess).
Personally I find the templates not very useful- I prefer to do a Page Setup for the paper size then make all adjustments in the right-side layout panel.
"Getting rid of this screen" is as simple as changing the layout sliders or choosing a different template (from the template browser panel)
Perhaps I was unclear when I stated "jpg contact sheet". I am attempting to print a contact sheet to a jpg. The screen is stuck. I can't go forward; I can't go back.
Let us add up the tab on this one: Have to withdraw from college course as I can't do the projects(Thanks Adobe) Tuition=$405. Adobe photo shop guide book =$60. A month of unusable Lightroom CC=$10.40 Total wasted = $475 That is a bit rough for a disabled guy on a fixed income. Again, thanks Adobe
Again, as previously stated, I have purchased and read The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC/ Lightroom 6 Book by Adobe Press. The "Two steps-" to print are clearly elucidated in the book.
Is Lightroom CC not compatible with Windows 7 Professional?
I would like to know exactly what you mean by- " I can't go forward; I can't go back"
What are you clicking the mouse on?
Have you selected "JPG" in the [Print To...] panel ?
Does anything at all happen when you click on the [Print to File] button? (shown in your first post screen-clip)
Without your detailed explanation of your procedural steps it is hard for us 'users' to understand your problem.
Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 is stated as compatible with LR-CC here- System requirements for Photoshop Lightroom for Mac and Windows OS
Do you have Service Pack 1 ?
