When I try to build my app, the Android version does not generate and I see this message in the log:
No -tsa or -tsacert is provided and this jar is not timestamped. Without a timestamp, users may not be able to validate this jar after the signer certificate's expiration date (2042-09-28) or after any future revocation date.
Finished application signing
The APK built successfully earlier in the day, but will not build now. The only thing that changed in the config.xml file was the version number.
That would occur when the Build Server could not reach a time server for some reason. I once tried compiling an APK locally (via the CLI) and was offline and got a similar message.
