To make a long story short, I use my iPad as a primary device for using Adobe Illustrator Draw and have run into a problem regarding the fact that I've lost 3-6 important files from a project/folder in my library with what seems like no explanation.
I created those 3-6 files on my iPad and tried to open them on my iPhone to continue working on the go. They didn't appear at first due to a lack of wifi but after I got home, the files I was trying to find on my phone were now missing on my iPad.
I'm curious if anybody has a solution on how to refresh the Creative Cloud** or something of the sort to get my files back???
**NONE of the files from my library in Draw were present in the Creative Cloud folder on my desktop computer either.
I'm not sure what's going on, but one thing for sure... your Draw work would not be in the CC Files folder on your desktop unless you put it there (it doesn't go there automatically).
Are you using the most recent version (v3.4) of Draw? Can you log in with your Adobe ID to Adobe Creative Cloud and see if your work is there (if you're using the most v3.4 of Draw also check this folder: Adobe Creative Cloud)?
Let me know what you find.
