I am trying to convert my PDFs to word, using the ExportPDF feature that I have paid for and for which I have a valid subscription.
I have been using this function for many months without a hitch on my previous iPad. I have downloaded the app onto my new iPad and cannot restore my purchased upgrade.
The I keep getting caught up in an annoying cycle of visiting the page where it says I need to subscribe to the service, then being told I have already subscribed, but when I hit the restore purchases option I am told 'No purchases restored'
what can I do?
I just checked your subscription at my end and seems there is an error with the payment details and they need to be updated.
Also i suggest you to please refer to the link below to update the details and your subscription should work well in a while.
If you still face an issue updating payment details, i would suggest you to please place a new order on adobe.com for your subscription.
