Can you help me open LR6?

I've used LR for several years and suddenly I can't open it.  I work on a Mac and spent yesterday with the guys at Apple, who tested then reinstalled my OS, and telling me the machine is fine.

Before it went to sleep it was acting erratic, then when I closed it, it would not open again.

I was able to navigate to my Library/Lightroom and it opened! Thanks.
