Live Cycle download for Acrobat Pro XI

I created a number of forms in Live Cycle, but that software is not included in Acrobat XI.  i want to edit these old forms, but I receive the message that they can only be opened in LiveCycle.  It appears that I could receive a download, but support said I should come to the forum to find out how to get it.  So here I am.

You require LiveCycle Designer to edit such forms. The following article explains the procedure to obtain LiveCycle designer.

Okay, I'll try again.  Unfortunately, I contacted support and that individual directed me to the forum saying he could not help me.  Feel like I'm getting the run around, frankly. But maybe the second time will be the charm.

same here.  I was told I had to purchase it but I am not paying $700 for something I already own.
