Don't do this. Apple /will/ reject your app. It's also a poor user experience; e.g. what happens if there's not any route to your host?
Second, My guess is that you're opening the second URL in the inappbrowser. This view doesn't have access to local device functionality (and for good reason).
Better to have as much of your app's code as possible local to the device and use XHR (Ajax) to communicate with your backend.

why cordova reject gap://ready from https, I feel gap://ready work only with http.
Cordova doesn't make that easy for a very good reason: it's a huge security risk. Furthermore, Apple will reject your app should you submit it to them.
