Your explanation "it appears different and not as crisp and sharp" doesn't match the title "it is unedited when I export from library".
Could you clarify this?
Also, please show us a screen capture of the edited photo in LR, plus an exported photo, so we can clearly see what you are talking about. If the issue is sharpening or noise, we would need to see the image zoomed to 1:1 (or 100%) in both screen captures.
It is not clear whether this is a problem when you export, or if it's a problem inside Lightroom.
If inside Lightroom:
The previews in Library are created when you import images, the previews in Develop are created on the fly.
The apparent sharpness may be different with these two previews, when using Fit view, or any other view except 1:1.
Library and Develop should display identically at 1:1.
To evaluate and apply sharpening (and noise reduction), always use 1:1 view. Any other view will be inaccurate and misleading.
It can only be accurate when one image pixel is represented by one screen pixel.
