Both the buyer and seller need to contact Adobe support for a case number, then complete the transfer of license form.
Note: Be sure to get a case number before beginning the transfer process, to avoid delays processing your Transfer of License form. Contact us to obtain a case number.
The serial number will be transferred by Adobe support after receiving and reviewing the forms from both parties.
Thanks. I just tried this way, but Adobe seems to change process to allow me to turn in my transfer of application. When I clicked this link www.adobe.com/go/supportportal and logged in my account, the page showed a error message 404. Is there any way to turn in the form? I listed what I have done so far. Hopefully, anyone has a better idea to help me to close this case.
1: I have a case number from my seller.
2: my seller already turned in his application to Adobe
3: I completed my application form
You need to contact support to get your own case number which will be logged against your account.
When you receive the case number you will be able to add your transfer of license form.
