I see in our system that a cancellation has been initiated on around 9/16. What makes you think that your cancellation didn't go through?
Your subscription has now been cancelled as requested.
I can now see that the plan has been cancelled.
I'm having the same problem, I want to cancel my Adobe photo but not my membership. How can I do, I don't see any options to cancel. Could you please help me?
When you sign in to your Adobe account, under Plans & Products do you see your 3 image/month Stock plan? If you click Manage Plan you should then be able to cancel it.
