You may need to tell us the type of your camera and lens to be able to help ....
Also, please tell us the exact version of Lightroom you are using.
is this with JPG or RAW images?
What make and model camera?

Yes RAW images
lens 35mm f2 and lens 18-135mm
If I'm correct, this is a camera that integrates the lens correction/profile. Therefore, the lens is not shown and the lens correction MUST not be activated. Read here:: Work with lens profiles in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Camera Raw
Update LR to the 2015.7 version from the Creative Cloud app.
Also please answer the question whether you are shooting just JPG or RAW images and or JPG + RAW.
Lens profiles are specific to the version of LR and the type of image file, JPG or RAW. Not sure if 2015.6.1 has that Fuji lens included. but LR 2015.7 should.
Also Un-Check the option to "Enable Profile Corrections". That is for manually assigning or creating a custom profile.
Then you will see this.
