since I bought a new monitor (iiyama G-Master Gold Phoenix GB2888UHSU-B1, resolution 3840x2160) I have an issue while working with lightroom. As u can see, the pictures are kind of messed up.When I zoom in the pictures, it's ok.
On my old monitor (BenQ GL2450H, resolution 1920x1080) it works fine.
os - Win10 64bit
graphics - ASUS Geforce GTX1080
cpu - i7-6700K
ram - 16 GB
Lightroom version - 6.7
Win10 and the hardware drivers are updated.
I tried to reinstall lightroom, but no change.
Is there a solution for this problem?
As a first troubleshooting step, uncheck the option Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor. Does that help?
Thank you so much. It's slower but it works fine.
Your graphics card's GPU should be supported by LR. Determine the version of the graphics driver, and then try updating the driver directly from NVIDIA's Web site: Adobe Lightroom GPU Troubleshooting and FAQ . If indeed there's a more recent version, update to it, and then try re-enabling Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor.
