    Lightroom mobile not syncing

      hi folks

      im having an issue where photos added to Lightroom might bike ( iPhone and iPad) do not sync to desktop or other device. When I log on to the online account the images are there but incomplete sync. Images are syncing from desktop back to mobile without issue.

       

      im on latest software versions for mac OS iOS and Lightroom. Tried deleting all cloud collections via preferences, and also switched between collections (I have 2)

       

      if if anyone could offer any insight would be greatly appreciated!

          Hi. Could you please send me a LR Desktop diagnostic log  - best as a private message with a downloadable dropbox link.

           

          You can trigger the log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button. - Guido
