    appalling service...


      I have been trying to look at switching from our current image provider to Adobe stock... after requesting a consultation via the web site and not hearing from anyone for a week I called... I was passed from one person to another (x3), all asking similar question, then saying they would have to pass me on to another team, then put on hold for 10 minutes.


      A wild suggestion to Adobe... if you want to sell your Adobe Stock product it might be an idea to actually get some people who can answer basic questions.


      Get a grip Adobe, employ people who are empowered make decisions, not call handlers that can only read from a script


      A very disgruntled customer
