I have been using lightroom as part of the creative cloud for a while now and everything has been fine until recently.
Since the weekend I cannot sync lightroom from my pc to the mobile app. When I open lightroom it tells me I am not signed in, once I click sign in I get a message stating 'your computer doesn't appear to be connected to the internet' I have searched the forums and I have tried reinstalling the creative cloud app and various things suggested in other discussions but nothing is working.
As a photography student its important that I can sync my photos to my ipad, any help would be appreciated.
I have windows 7 and the latest version of lightroom on creative cloud
Please check for firewalls/antivirus or anything along those lines that might be blocking internet access for Lightroom.
I have checked my firewall settings etc and there is nothing blocking it
Please try sign out & sign in from the creative cloud desktop app and check if that helps.
