Could you please log in to the URL: assets.adobe.com and check if your work has synced there and showing up?
My files are not there. They are not in the archive either.
Can you try to create a new library and then try to save your assets over that new library?
I can create new libraries and those sync but I can not copy things from one library to another. I get the message "Error in copying clipboard" also also my libraries on my phone say Recovered recovered
(also I did not intent for these words to be red, but I can not get it to change to back)
Your Capture assets wouldn't actually be in the Archive, that's for mobile creations (Draw, Sketch, Comp projects). But, it sounds like a bug in the library. A good way to tell if that's what's happened is to move a couple of the assets from that library that isn't syncing to a new one.
* Create a new library.
* You can either do that online at https://assets.adobe.com/assets/libraries and in the upper right hand corner under Actions choose Create Library or you can do it in Capture by tapping on the library name in the upper nav, then in the library menu that opens tap + Create New Library from the pop-up menu
* Once you have the new library you want, the easiest way to move your assets into it is to duplicate an asset and move it. Tap on any asset you want to move. Once it opens in the Preview screen tap on the three dots in the upper right hand corner. Tap Duplicate. A pop-up menu will open and in it you'll have the ability to choose the library you want to move it into. Move it to the new one.
* Once you have one or two of your Capture assets moved, make sure you're over a good wireless connection (so the new library can sync to Creative Cloud), then log in to https://assets.adobe.com/assets/libraries and see if you can see that new library and the assets in it.
Once you do that, let me know what happens.
I can move them to a new library. And see them in the assets. How can I get them all to move? There are many.
OK, so you can see them in the new library, right?
Unfortunately there's no easy way to do it; the assets need to be moved one-by-one. The best thing to do would be to just leave the corrupt library there and move the assets as you need/want to use them.
How many do you have?
About 40. So I won't be that bad. Is my stuff save online but not as save on the phone. How can I be well backed up? Also thank you all for the help.
You bring up a good point... If something should happen to the backup on your phone you could lose some of your assets. Forty isn't too bad; it's manageable to move them say over a week, just do a few a day.
But, first I'd like you to try something for me... I'd like you to share the corrupted library with me.
Open the app
Open the library that's not syncing
In the upper right corner of the screen, tap the Ellipsis (...) icon
Choose Share Link to Library
