    Capture not syncing

      My Capture app is not syncing with the cloud or other adobe cc apps. I have tried signing out of everything and resigning in. I have also looked in the archive folder. The archive folder is empty.  The libraries on my phone say "recovered recovered".  How do I resolve this problem?
