I suggest you to please go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent
and try to download a file from there on your device and then see if the issue persists to that file as well.
Also please try to open the same file on your desktop and see if it works.
If it does not please send across the file to me so that i can check it at my end.
Hi sb116, that link doesn't seem to work at all for me; it gives me a loading symbol. The error message applies to all of my files, not just a single one and it may be caused by the school Internet restrictions on my iPad (it used to work). Do you know of any solution to this?

@sb116 I just tried the link on a school desktop-same result. I think the school imposed some new restrictions, preventing me from accessing the cloud.
