    Document Cloud not working

      Hi, I keep trying to access my document files on my school iPad, but it keeps coming up with the message: "Unable to open this document at this time". The app is updated, and I have logged in and out and reinstalled the app, but I keep getting the message. I have been able to open the document on my other iPad, but I need to use my school ipad.
