I can't load a book from the public library. It says check authourization. But I am 'authourized'. I can't un authourize. Can you help?

Same problem; I changed computers to Windows 10 and adobe is still looking for ACtivation not AUthorization.

I have the same problem with my PC, Win 7, 64 bit, (Error! Check activation") since a few month. With my Laptop (Win 8, 64 bit) I have no problems.
I have found a solution at this side:
