    InDesign CC 2015 won't open


      Hi all, I'm having an issue with my copy of ID CC 2015. I'm running the application on a 64 bit Win7 machine. As far as I am aware, there have been no major system updates or changes in the recent days.


      When I attempt to launch ID, I get an error message that simply says "Adobe InDesign CC 2015 has stopped working" but essentially, the splashscreen appears, and the application attempts to initialize, but never fully starts because of the error. S


      I was having this issue with the previous version yesterday, so I updated the application via CC this morning. The same issue persists.


      Does anyone have a suggestion for what I could try before I call up Adobe support and waste 2 hours on the phone?
