The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and contains a PDF attachment.  Please ensure your spam filters didn't block the email and check your spam folders for the email.  If it's not there, please private message me the following information:

  • date license request was submitted
  • email address and name used to request the license

Once I receive the information I'll follow-up with the licensing team.

To send a private message, click on my UserID link and then click on the 'Message' button in the middle right, below the gray area.
