New Acrobat user: trying to implement for my small business.
Is there a way that the project manager can upload a pdf, share it with the team members so that they can edit the pdf (add stamps, text, and approval), whilst being tracked by the project manager?
I've been trying to use "send & track". I can see they viewed or downloaded it, but there isn't a way to edit and reupload to that project...

You can use shared review for tracking progress and consolidate comments. Shared review automatically collect everyone's comments in a single PDF file.
