I am attempting to edit a PDF Doc. I can see the PDF document. When I push the fill and Sign button it goes to a white screen shows the general load icon but then gpoes to just the blank screen. I can add comments and other features. I just cannot get it to show up in the fill and sign. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know how to correct this? I have confirmed my Adobe is up to date as well.

To check the version of Acrobat, launch Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat

Try to reboot your machine and then select Fill and Sign and see if the issue still persists.

I am operating on Windows 7 with the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version is : 2015.017.20053. I also have a PDFill PDF Writer on my desk top that I usually use in correlation with the reader. I have discovered that is a "Sun Java" program. It is indicating that the program cannot be found. I am currently awaiting response from my IT department to provide the administrator information in order to "Run as Administrator".
