I bought the After Effects CC 2015.3 from the creative cloud. This was after I used up the trial version, paid the monthly plan.
However, I can't download the thing. Every time I open up the creative cloud, it still says that the trial version is expired and that I should buy the thing
to keep using it. I even got the mail with the details of the shopping. Uninstalling After Effects doesn't work and closing and opening the Cloud doesn't do jack.
Can someone tell me why I ca't use the product that I bought?
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
