Thanks, but thats not what i want,
in my Picture folder are 10 pictures, some with one star, some with more stars, some with a color-flag, some without any marker and 3 with the rejectetd-flag, My filter should show all picture expect the three rejected-picture.
A bit awkward, but that's possible with the filter.
Any selection i made, are filtering the pictures also marked with a star. ... in my Picture folder are 10 pictures, some with one star, some with more stars, some with a color-flag, some without any marker and 3 with the rejectetd-flag, My filter should show all picture expect the three rejected-picture.
To test my understanding, you think that you've set your Library Filter bar to exclude rejected photos. But the bar also seems to be filtering for photos that are marked with a star, excluding photos that have no stars.
Make sure the Filter bar looks exactly like this:
The first two flags should be selected and the third not selected (it can be very hard to tell when a flag is selected due to the poor UI design). Also, make sure that Rating is set to ">=" and no stars are selected. Also, make sure that "Text" and "Metadata" are greyed out.
If your bar looks like this and it is still showing only photos with a star, then try resetting your preferences: http://www.lightroomforums.net/showthread.php?25197-Resetting-the-lightroom-preferences-fi le-updated . Very infrequently, the Filter bar gets "confused" by corrupt preferences, and resetting will clear the problem.
Thanks a lot,
thats what i want.
You're right, is't very difficult to see the difference between a selected and unselected filter.
My fault was, not to set the rating to >= zero stars.
