Whenever I attempt to open the ACSM file for a book I've purchased through Google play on my windows 10 computer, the program stops responding during the download. If I close and reload the program, it displays a copy of the book, and then freezes again when I attempt to open it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADE, getting a fresh copy of the ACSM file, deauthorizing and reauthorizing my computer. There's no change with any attempted fix.
Which error message you get exactly?
I get no message at all. The program becomes nonresponsive.
Has you try right click and run as admin?
